HD Kumaraswamy's car has been booked for violating traffic rules. According to a senior traffic officer, the fine is pending for the past four months. Kumaraswamy's driver was using phone while driving which was captured by an automated camera.

Kumaraswamy using Range rover instead of Government car. on 10th of Feb in Sadashivanagar limits CM car driver used mobile phone while driving. the video captured by automated camera installed road side. Based on the footage traffic police issued notice to HDK to pay the fine amount.
A senior officer said, As per the rules after the fine should be py within 7 days after bill generated. Even after 2 weeks traffic police issued notice the fine is in pending, otherwise police will stop the car in midway to collect the fine amount.
