Karnataka MLA donates Rs 5 lakh for Ram Mandir work

Several other people including a Muslim youth also donated money for the construction of Ram Mandir that was handed over to the fundraisers.

Gangavati (Karnataka): BJP MLA of Gangawati, Paranna Munavalli on Friday donated a cheque of Rs 5 lakh rupees for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

He participated in a fund-raising campaign organized in the city and handed over the check to the campaign organizer Ravindra in the presence of Nagabhushana Sivacharya.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Munawalli said, Rama, is the consciousness of all Indians. There is no religious boundary to contribute for Ram mandir construction. If all Indians come together it will be a great success.

On the other hand, a Muslim youth Mohammed Chavoos donated Rs. 1000, Kada President Thipperudraswamy donated 11,000 and CBS bank donates 51,000 for the same.

The money was later handed over to the fundraisers.
