Bengaluru: The Grade D employees of Karnataka Vidhan Soudha on Friday have alleged that they are not getting access to Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) buses to reach the workplace.

According to sources, BMTC has commenced 180 bus services for personnel involved in the delivery of essential service in the city but Grade D employees alleged that they are not provided with proper transportation facilities.

"Most of the Grade D workers are staying beside Magadi road. Officials have asked us to attend duty regularly without leave. If we will not get the bus facility for our work, how we will manage? Many colleagues do not have a motorcycle or other vehicles. We have been demanding from last week to allow us to board the buses but officials are not paying attention to our demands," said a woman employee.
