Cries of starvation amid lockdown in Karnataka

The labour class people, beggars and destitute are suffering due to hunger, amid the lockdown to combat COVID 19. In an incident at the Gandhi circle here, a mother and her two children were seen crying due to starvation.

Another incident wherein, Ratnavva, a resident of Narsapura village of Koppal district, left her home in search of food, but in vain.

She has been staying at the same place for the past many days and has started getting food from the passersby, but this availability of food is quiet unsure for a regular basis.
