In fact, after the results of the Haryana Assembly elections, Jharkhand has also started a discussion on whether to play bets on the cabinet ministers of Chief Minister Raghubar Das. In the assembly elections held in Haryana in 2019, 8 ministers, including the BJP state president, have suffered defeat. After that, BJP in Jharkhand is being careful with its moves.
Comparing Haryana to Jharkhand is valid as there is not much difference in the size of both the state assemblies. While Haryana Legislative Assembly has 90 MLAs, Jharkhand Legislative Assembly has 81 elected members.
On the other hand, in 2014, 10 people, including the Chief Minister, were given a place in the cabinet to run the government in Haryana. In Jharkhand, a cabinet of 11 members including the Chief Minister was formed. From the administrative point of view, Haryana is spread over 22 districts of four divisions. While Jharkhand consists of 24 districts under 5 divisions. It is in the discussion that among the ministers whose names are being considered and reconsidered, the names of Ramchandra Chandravanshi, Randhir Singh, Louis Marandi, Neera Yadav, and C.P. Singh are included.
Brainstorm over candidate's hold in voters
According to party insiders, there has been a churn in the work of all 10 ministers except the Chief Minister and the hold in the voters. State Food Supply Minister, Saryu Rai has become an MLA for the second time, but he has not been attending the cabinet meetings for a long time. Saryu Rai has constantly been raising questions about some decisions of the state government, due to which the current government is not very comfortable about him. At the same time, the state's Rural Development Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda is on the radar after the Lok Sabha elections. Munda assembly constituency falling in Khunti parliamentary constituency was one where BJP could not get an edge.
Ramachandra Chandravanshi in disputes over technical institutions
Health Minister Ramachandra Chandravanshi has always been in controversy over the technical institutions run by his son and other family members in Palamu. Although the picture regarding tourism minister Amar Bauri has not been cleared, AJSU has a strong claim on this seat of Bauri, who was elected from Chandankiyari Assembly. In such a situation, the BJP is also thinking seriously about this.

BJP state spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo said that there is a difference between the local factor of Haryana and Jharkhand. What caused the defeat of the ministers there, is still being discussed.
