Ranchi: Around 40 migrant workers were injured after the bus carrying them overturned in Sikidiri Ghati of Jharkhand on Monday.
The migrant workers were travelling from Mumbai to Bardhaman of West Bengal.
The incident took place in Rajrappa thana area of Ramgarh.
The 17 seriously injured workers have been referred to RIMS hospital in Ranchi, while the other labourers are being treated in Sikidiri.
The local administration and Ramgarh MLA Mamata Devi have taken cognizance in the matter and have stepped forward to help the migrant labourers.
