Budgam (Jammu and Kashmir): The Kashmir Wildlife authorities on Tuesday captured a man-eater leopard, a week after it allegedly mauled a 4-year girl to death in central Kashmir's Budgam district.
According to the reports, the employees of the wildlife protection department had caged the leopard in front of the residential area of the DC office complex.
An official said that this is the same female leopard that killed a four-year-old girl a week ago. The girl was playing in the courtyard of her house, close to a dense plantation when the wild cat pounced on her.
