Pulwama (J&K): Jibran, a 25-year-old paralysed youth of South Kashmir's Pulwama, has proved that being handicapped doesn't mean being useless and dependant.
An accident five years ago in Pulwama, made Jibran paralysed for life. Though he lost all hopes for life, the incident changed his life.
Jibran, a resident of Pingalgam village in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, after the accident, became a patient of depression.
He was a BA student at the time. A year after the accident he started making portraits and statues from scrap to divert his mind. He also started calligraphy, which was his favourite.
