Jammu (J&K): The Jammu and Kashmir police on Sunday arrested an alleged drug peddler from Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, and seized around four kilograms of heroin from his possession.
A resident of Jandi village in Hiranagar, the arrested man has been identified as Jagdish Kumar.

Kumar was arrested by a patrolling party on Link Road near Jandi Fort and was booked under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, said a police official.
