Manali: In an attempt to boost Himachal Pradesh's tourism, India's first sky-cycling park has been developed in Gulaba area near Manali.
Situated at a height of 9000 feet, the trial run of the facility was successfully done on Tuesday and will soon open for the public.
Forest and Transport Minister Govind Singh Thakur said: "The forest department and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports joined hands together and have developed this sky-cycling park."
"This eco-friendly park, which is 350-metre long, was constructed within a span of 25 days," added Thakur.
In addition to this, he told that they are working to add India's longest zipline of 450-metre and a bungee jumping platform in the eco-friendly park.
