Ambala (Haryana): The residents of Ambala's Rolan village Wednesday morning woke up to what they felt was the jolt caused by an aircraft crash, only to find out that it was a tremor caused by an oil tank which had fallen off the Jaguar fighter jet of the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Hearing the loud noise, the villagers ran towards the farmlands where they found an oil tank lying in the fields.
Panic gripped the entire village as some of them assumed it is a bomb or a missile aimed at the village.
The villagers informed the police immediately, who in turn informed the Air Force officials.

The Air Force personnel took stock of the situation and informed that the fallen object was an oil tank belonging to the Jaguar fighter jet of the (IAF), which fell off following a technical glitch.
There is no report of any casualty to have taken place.
