Chandigarh: After the Haryana Congress review meeting, Congress leader Ajay Singh Yadav said that no one was asked for resignation in the meeting nor did anyone offer any resignation on Wednesday.
In conversation with the media, Singh said that the party is now preparing for the upcoming state assembly election as the national issues and state issues are different.
"We are preparing for the future and working on strengthening the party at the grass-root level and booth level. In the meeting, the forthcoming assembly elections have been discussed and now there is no time for a change in the organization," said Singh.
Explaining the reasons for the defeat, he expressed his personal opinion and said that the BJP politicised the Pulwama case and with the Media's support they were able to brainwash the public especially the youth into voting for them.
