Faridabad: On July 10, Delhi Police seized 350 kg heroin worth Rs 2500 crores. The police also arrested four accused in this case. Three accused were arrested from Faridabad, Haryana and one accused was arrested from Delhi. The accused arrested from Faridabad are said to be residents of Punjab. The three accused, who have been arrested by the police, first did a recce of the society to find a safe place.

A shocking revelation has come to light in this case. The flats of the society from which heroin worth 2.5 thousand crores seized belong to army personnel and retired armed forces employees. It was here that the accused living in Punjab had rented the flat after doing a recce. But the Delhi police were continuously tracking these accused.

Located in Sector 65 of Faridabad, the accused had talked to a dealer to rent a flat on July 4. After which the dealer asked them to submit their documents. Then on July 5, they gave the dealer some money and shifted to the flat without providing any documents. Both these accused felt that they would be completely safe in this society because very few people visit this society. However, on July 10, the special team of Delhi Police raided on the night of 10 July and arrested the drug traffickers along with drugs worth Rs 2.5 thousand crores.
