Vadodara: A 10-feet-long crocodile was found dead on the banks of the Vishwamitri River in Gujarat's Vadodara on Tuesday.
Some passer-by noticed the crocodile that was lying under a bridge near Vemali village following which they informed the wildlife activists.
Reportedly, the crocodile died two days ago and it came to notice of the locals on Tuesday morning as its body started decaying.
It is believed that the reptile died due to electric shock.
However, according to police officials, the post-mortem report will ascertain the cause of death.
Meanwhile, the body has been sent for autopsy.
