SAARC nations attended Modi's swearing-in in 2014

Lucknow: After a massive victory in the Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi will take an oath with the new council of ministers for the second term at 7 am today at the forecourt of the majestic Rashtrapati Bhavan. Thousands of people, including guests from different countries, are expected to attend the oath ceremony.

While the Presidents of SAARC countries were invited in 2014, the Presidents of BIMSTEC countries have been invited for Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony.

President Ram Nath Kovind will administer the oath of office and secrecy to the prime minister and other members of the Union Council of Ministers.
