Delhi: Fire breaks out at call centre, 6 rescued

Six people were rescued after a massive fire broke out at a call centre in Delhi's Vasant Kunj area. The fire has been doused.

New Delhi: A fire broke out in the basement of a call centre in South Delhi's Vasant Kunj on Monday.

Four fire tenders were rushed to the site to douse the flames. The blaze was brought under control by 7.50 pm, the official said.

Six people were rescued from the building.

The call centre operated at the basement of the building and the fire started from a computer system.
