New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Bhagwant Mann on Monday claimed that history will be repeated once again as the Kejriwal-led party will sweep the Delhi elections by winning all 70 assembly seats.
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Mann said that the AAP is getting overwhelming support from all the strata of people because of its work done over the last 5 years.
"People of Delhi will be voting for development, not on anyone's name. BJP will try to garner votes on the name of Narendra Modi as they have no work to show," said Mann.
On being questioned on the BJP's allegation that Arvind Kejriwal instigated protesters in Shaheen Bagh, Mann said, "Let the BJP say anything, its work is to make baseless allegations. It has already lost five states and Delhi will be the same."
Election to the 70-member legislative assembly is scheduled for February 8 and its result would be out on February 11. In the previous elections, AAP had won 67 seats, while BJP emerged victorious on three seats.
