New Delhi: Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala on Wednesday accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of failing to form an alliance with the Congress in Delhi.

The Congress leader said that the Congress party tried their best but due to the arrogance of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the alliance could not be formed.

Talks for an alliance between the Congress and AAP broke down over AAP's insistence that the grand old party should agree to share seats in Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab apart from Delhi.
