BJP delegation meets EC over poll issues related to AAP

A BJP delegation met EC raising issues regarding Aam Aadmi Party of misusing government treasury funds. The delegation complained against it and also provided the EC with proofs regarding the same.

New Delhi: A Bhartiya Janata Party delegation met the Election Commission officials on Wednesday and raised issues concerning Delhi.

Sharing details of the meeting, BJP leader Vijendra Gupta said, "The Aam Aadmi Party is misusing crores of government treasury funds to give to Imams in violation of the model code of conduct. We have complained against it and have also given evidence for the same."

"The financial condition of the priests of temples in Delhi is very bad and if the Kejriwal government had to take this step, then he should have taken care of everyone. It is wrong to benefit only one community to harness votes," he added.
