A two-day exhibition on Universal Health Coverage was organised by All India Medical Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi on the occasion of its 64th foundation day.

New Delhi: The All India Medical Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is celebrating its 64th foundation day by organising two-day exhibition on Universal Health Coverage that began on Wednesday.

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan Singh and Union Minister of State for Health Ashwini Choubey attended the event at Jawaharlal Auditorium that started early this morning which will be followed by a cultural evening.

While interacting with media after the event, Choubey said that the first duty of doctors is to treat patients.

Later, the minister chanted a Sanskrit shlok and explained the meaning of the same to the people.

In a special conversation with ETV Bharat, doctors at AIIMS said that we will treat our patients with utmost care and provide best facilities to them. So that the patients do not have to face any problems.

Intro:दिल्ली में स्थित एम्स का आज का स्थापना दिवस बड़े ही धूमधाम से मनाया गया इस स्थापना दिवस के मुख्य अतिथि केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन सिंह रहे और साथ ही साथ केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य राज्य मंत्री अश्विनी चौबे ने भी शिरकत की केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन सिंह ने एम्स के डॉक्टरों को सम्मानित किया

Body:दिल्ली स्थित एम्स में आज सुबह 9:30 बजे से जवाहरलाल सभागार में दिल्ली एम्स का 64 वां स्थापना दिवस मनाया जा रहा है इस मौके पर 25 सितंबर से 27 सितंबर तक यूनिवर्सल हेल्थ कवरेज पर एक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन भी कर रहा है यह आयोजन सुबह 10:00 बजे तक होगा इसके बाद शाम 5:30 बजे से एक सांस्कृतिक संध्या भी होगी आपको बता दें कि 64 वें स्थापना दिवस पर डॉक्टर हर्षवर्धन केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री डॉक्टर हर्षवर्धन विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री एम्स के डायरेक्टर प्रोफेसर रणदीप गुलेरिया भी मौजूद रहे साथ ही आपको बता दें कि इस मौके पर एम्स में अच्छे काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों सहित नर्सों को केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन सिंह ने प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य राज्य मंत्री अश्विनी चौबे ने कहा कि डॉक्टरों का पहला कर्तव्य मरीजों का इलाज करना होता है साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वे भवंतु सुखिनः सर्वे संतु निरामया
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यंतु मां कश्चित् दुख भाग भवेत
और आखिर में अश्वनी चौबे ने इसका मतलब बताकर लोगों को समझाया

Conclusion:साथ ही ईटीवी भारत से खास बातचीत में एम्स के डॉक्टरों ने कहा कि जो प्रतिष्ठा लोगों की एम्स के प्रति है वह प्रतिष्ठा लगातार बनी रहेगी और हम लोग पूरे जी-जान से मरीजों की इलाज करेंगे और जो सुविधाएं हो पाएंगे उन्हें हम मुहैया करवाएंगे जिससे आये मरीजों को किसी भी दिक्कतों का सामना ना करना पड़े
