8-yr-old stands outside Parliament to draw PM's attention towards climate change

In a bid to draw attention towards climate change, an 8-year-old girl stood outside the Parliament to appeal to PM Modi in order to make a climate change law to save the future.

New Delhi: Meet 8-year-old Licypriya Kangujam who is more concerned about climate change than most of the adults.

She stood near Parliament premises to draw Prime Minister Narendra Modi's attention towards climate change on Friday.

Her appeal is to make a climate change law to save the future.

While speaking to media, she said, "I urge him and all MPs to act on climate change now and save our future.

The sea levels are increasing and the Earth is becoming hotter. They should act now."
