Kanker: The Border Security Force (BSF) and district force personnel recovered five improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and destroyed them in planned blasts on Sunday.
Based on a tip-off the BSF 157 battalion jawans along with the district force jawans went on Naxal patrol during which they conducted a close search operation in the area.

Naxalites have announced to celebrate the 16 anniversary of the organization from 21 to 27 September and have also installed banner posters all over the place.
In view of this, the soldiers have intensified the search operation.
