New Delhi: A war of words has broken out in Bihar between the ruling Janata Dal (United) and the former partners, Lok Janshakti Party.
The LJP's spokesperson Abhay Kumar Singh alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has left the people of Bihar to god's mercy. He further added that Corona infected patients are not getting beds in hospitals in Bihar. There is a shortage of ventilators, oxygen, and even essential medicines.

He also said the report of Covid-19 tests in Bihar comes after 5 days. The Chief Minister of Bihar has completely failed in handling the ongoing Corona crisis.
JDU MLA Mevalal Chaudhary died from Corona. He further commented that CM Nitish has imposed a night curfew from nine in the night to five in the morning.
But there is a need to impose a complete lockdown in Bihar. He has also requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to impose President Rule in the state.

Countering to LJP's spokesperson Abhay Kumar Singh allegations, JDU leader Madhav Anand said that the Bihar government is taking all the possible steps to address the issues of shortages in hospitals. Bihar government is trying to provide oxygen cylinders, ventilators, PPE kits, etc.
