New Delhi: The BJP seems to have launched a campaign in Bihar seeking justice for late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, as it has printed posters to the same effect. However, it insists that it has nothing to do with the upcoming Bihar elections.
According to reports, the saffron party's cultural cell has printed stickers and poster with the late actor's face printed on them.
The message printed on them purportedly reads, "Na bhule hain! Na bhulne denge! (We haven't forgotten! We won't let anyone forget!)"
However, many BJP leaders still claim that the party does not wan't to politicise Rajput's tragic demise.
In what is being seen as the RJD's response to BJP's campaign, the party has also released its own poster.
The message on RJD's poster reads the same "Na bhule hain, na bhulne denge" followed by the words, "Corona kaal mein kis tarah majduron par police dwara lathicharge karwayi gayi (the way police was made to lathi-charge labourers during the coronavirus pandemic)"

Further, along with electoral gains in Bihar, the BJP seems to be aiming at attacking the Aghadi government in Maharashtra as well, with reports suggesting that the BJP is appointing former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis as the Bihar election in-charge.
According to sources, the BJP is preparing its own electoral agenda for the Bihar polls, separate from that of its ally JDU. While the JDU is to concentrate on projecting Nitish Kumar as the CM face, the BJP is expected to focus only on PM Narendra Modi in its campaign.
Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Prem Shukla told ETV Bharat that since the beginning, the role of the Maharashtra government in the Sushant Singh Rajput case seemed suspicious, as it was trying to close the case in a haste.
"But ever since the agencies got involved, a new drug angle has emerged," he said.
"The way people at the Maharashtra government are behaving, their statements, suggests that maybe they want to stand by the criminals," he added.
