Bihar (Araria): As many as 16 children had a narrow escape as they were safely pulled out of a canal after the school van they were travelling in collided with a truck, here on Friday.
According to reports, a speeding truck in Mahani collided with the school van, following which the van fell into a nearby canal.
Police along with the help of locals safely pulled out all the 16 children.
The injured students were then rushed to Palasi PHC, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
