New Delhi: Bihar Congress MLA Ajeet Sharma has said that tomorrow all-party delegation will meet PM Narendra Modi in Delhi at 11 am. We will demand caste census in tomorrow's meeting. It is expected that after tomorrow's meeting, the decks will be cleared for caste census in Bihar. Ajeet Sharma said that he will be in the meeting on behalf of Congress in the all-party delegation and I will firmly put my point before PM Modi. He added that the central government will conduct the caste census.
He also said that if the caste census is done, then all sections of the people will get the benefit of the government's schemes, the development will reach all. Bihar will also develop rapidly. It will help in making development programs based on the actual number of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and other weaker section castes. He said that if the central government does not do it, then Nitish Kumar should conduct a caste census in Bihar.

Tomorrow at 11 am, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, VIP President Mukesh Sahni, Bihar MIM Chief Akhtarul Iman, Congress Legislature Party leader Ajeet Sharma, and Left party leaders will be part of the all-party delegation to meet PM Modi for caste census in Bihar.

However, BJP is not in favour of caste census. BJP argues that the central government is taking special care of every section of society. BJP feels that there will be tension in society due to the caste-based census. There has also been a tussle between the BJP and JDU over the caste census.
