Austin (Texas): Tiger Woods played a miraculous recovery shot during his round robin match against Brandt Snedeker at the World Match Play tournament here on Thursday.
As Snedeker was looking over a 30-footer for birdie, Woods got down on his knees in the dirt, turned his club upside down, and pulled off an incredible left-handed chip shot, hitting it underneath a bush to get onto the green.
The 14-time Major champion then made the putt to save par and halve the hole.
However, it didn't help Woods much in the long run though as he lost the match 2 and 1.
Meanwhile, Woods defeated Aaron Wise in his opening match on Thursday (NZT) and faces Patrick Cantlay on Saturday in the final round of group play.
