Seville: La Liga side Real Betis have signed striker Borja Iglesias for 28 million euros from Espanyol.
As per reports, Betis have paid 20 million euros upfront with an additional but separate 8 million euros payment for the player.
Iglesias had last summer joined the Catalan club in a 10 million euros deal from Celta Vigo and then netted 20 goals in 43 appearances in his debut season.
He starred last season under Espanyol boss Rubi who has subsequently been appointed at Betis.
Betis had earlier signed striker Juanmi from Real Sociedad and sold Sergio Leon to Levante as they looked to reinvent their attack this season.
