Leeds: Sri Lanka have won the toss and asked England to field first in the 27th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, here at Headingley.
England will be high on confidence after thumping victory over Afghanistan in their last encounter. On the other hand, Sri Lanka have won just one game so far in this tournament.
Sri Lanka have made two changes in the squad.
After winning the toss Dimuth Karunaratne said, "Looks a batting surface and want to put runs on the board. Hoping to put some scoreboard pressure. We have two changes. We have had time to regroup and discuss. Need to do something special against England."
At the time of toss, Eion Morgan said," Best time to bat on. We're playing the same team. The wicket here has assisted turn a bit in recent games, so we have both Adil and Moeen. The first priority is to get to the semifinals and when/if we do that, we'll decide whom to rest. (On Moeen's 100th ODI) We had a small presentation upstairs. Steven Gerrard sent him a message, so he's buzzing today."
