New Delhi: The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) on Thursday appointed former Delhi all-rounder Rajni Sharma as the head coach of Delhi senior women's team.
The DDCA confirmed the appointment on its official Twitter handle.
Rajni, 50, had earlier served as the assistant coach of the team for the domestic season 2017-18.
Meanwhile, Jai Prakash Pandey has been appointed as the bowling coach while Meenakshi Bhaskar will serve as the team manager of the women's team.
DDCA also appointed Puru Singh as the in-charge of Delhi women's U-23 team while Khyati Gulani was named as the batting coach. Neeru will look after Delhi junior girls' teams with Kuldeep Rawat as bowling coach.
Last month, DDCA had appointed former Delhi cricketers K.P. Bhaskar and Rajkumar Sharma as the head coach and bowling coach of the senior men's team respectively.
