Ranchi: As India completed a series clean sweep against South Africa after defeating the visitors by 202 runs, ETV Bharat spoke to the fan of Indian cricket Sudhir Chaudhary in an exclusive interview.
Present in almost every match
Almost a celebrity, Sachin Tendulkar die hard fan Sudhir Chaudhary said that he tries to attend almost every match that India plays and in the process boost the morale of the side. He not only is present in the ground but also proudly waves the Indian tri-colour. Such is his popularity nowadays that he is found everywhere in mass media - advertisements, radio, newspaper and television.
Has left 3 jobs
Muzaffarpur-born Sudhir Chaudhary is also fondly known by the name of Gautam by his peers. His professional life is however very topsy-turvy as he has left the job of a ticket collector for cricket. He later worked in Sudha Dairy as a 'Shikshamitra'. Since this job was a part-time one, he used to get time to watch matches at stadiums.
Sudhir further revealed that in the year 2005, he passed the physical test elementary exam after which he worked for Indian railways as a TTE. However, he left this job to watch the India-Pakistan cricket match and stated that he tore apart his interview letter just to watch the match.
