Tokyo: The capital of Japan met Hollywood, on Monday, as Quentin Tarantino and Leonardo DiCaprio premiered their latest movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in the city.
Speaking on the red carpet, director Quentin Tarantino chatted about why audiences in Japan should watch his movie as the film has essence of all the work that he has done so far.
"If they are fans of my work, one of the things that is kind of nice with 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' is that it is kind of a summing up, there is a little bit of all of my movies in this one to one degree or another," he said.

Attending the premiere without his co-star Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio gave a brief overview of his latest release.
"It is a great ride back into the history of Los Angeles, it is a genre movie because it is about Hollywood and I think people will get an amazing insight into that time period culturally and it was a changing point in American history and cinematic history and I hope the Japanese fans enjoy it," he said.
Already released in most other territories, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood also stars Margot Robbie and will be releasing in Japan on August 30, 2019.
