Mumbai: The first day collection of Remo D'Souza's Street Dancer 3D and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's Panga are out. While Remo's dance drama has opened in double digits, Ashwiny's sports drama has registered underwhelming numbers at the box office.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh have shared the fist day collection of both the films on social media.
"Street Dancer 3D opens in double digits on Day 1... Should’ve collected higher, since youth-centric films, generally, open big... Biz affected in Mumbai circuit due to Tanhaji wave... Big growth on Day 2 and 3 essential for a strong total... Fri ₹ 10.26 cr. #India biz," tweeted the trade pundit.

Panga revolves around a kabaddi player who wants to make a comeback in the game after marriage and motherhood. The film also stars Neena Gupta, Richa Chadha and Jassie Gill.
On the other hand, Street Dancer 3D unleashes a spectacularly choreographed and executed exhibition of dance however the near-absent storyline is largely being pinpointed in reviews by ace critics.
