Mumbai: After the shelving of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah which was supposed to release on Eid 2020, Salman Khan is reportedly thinking of postponing his home production Dabangg 3 to Eid 2020.
According to a reliable source, filmmaker Prabhudheva has been asked to consider delaying Dabangg 3 to Eid 2020.
The reports came after producer-director Sajid Nadiadwala denied the reports of bringing up Kick 2 on Eid 2020 following Salman's cryptic post on Twitter promising a cinematic treat on Eid.
"Itna mat sochna mere baare mein, Dil mein aata hoon.. aur Eid pe bhi (Don't worry about me, I reside in your hearts.. and arrive on Eid, too)," Salman tweeted earlier.
Salman's tweet aroused speculations of Kick 2 releasing on Eid 2020 as his words were inspired from the film's famous dialogue.
Inshallah which was slated for Eid 2020 release has been reportedly shelved due to creative differences between Salman and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The film which also starred Alia Bhatt would have marked Bhansali and Salman's reunion after 19 years of the epic love story Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
Meanwhile, Salman is busy shooting for Dabangg 3 in Rajasthan. The third instalment to the superhit Dabangg series is being helmed by Prabhu Deva under the banner of Salman Khan films and Arbaaz Khan Production.
Well, seems like Bhaijaan is in a real dilemma as he has nothing new to offer on Eid as he does always. Who knows if he brings up Dabangg 3 as the Eidi for 2020?
