In the wave of #MeToo movement which gained momentum last year in August, Alok was accused of rape by writer-director Vinta Nanda while Soumik was alleged of behaving indecently by three women.

While Sen directed Madhuri in 'Gulaab Gang', Nath shared the screen space with the actress in 'Hum Sath Sath Hain'.

Reacting to the accusations levelled against people Madhuri once worked with, the actress said, "It is always shocking. Because you've known them and you've not known them like that."

The MeToo movement hit Bollywood soon after former actress Tanushree Dutta recalled her unsavoury experience of working with maverick actor Nana Patekar. Following that, many prominent personalities from the entertainment world including Sajid Khan, Vikas Behl, Kailash Kher, Anu Malik and many others were accused of sexual harassment.

On the work front, Madhuri will be seen in multi starrer comedy 'Total Dhamaal' featuring Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Johnny Lever, Boman Irani and Sanjay Mishra among others.
