Kangana kickstarst Kolkata schedule for 'Panga'

Kangana Ranaut, who recently announced her next directorial venture, is all set to treat fans with her upcoming film 'Panga' in which she will be seen playing a national-level kabaddi player. After wrapping up the Delhi schedule, team 'Panga' is now in West Bengal for a week-long schedule.

Kolkata: Kangana Ranaut has joined her 'Panga' team to commence the second schedule of the film in West Bengal. The actress was spotted at the Prinsep Ghat along with her director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari in the city.

The team seems to be taking minimal time in between the schedules. After wrapping up Delhi schedule on April 9, the team jetted off for West Bengal to kickstart another leg of the shoot.

While Kangana has already begun shooting, Jassie Gill, who plays her husband in the film will be joining the team on April 14. In a week-long schedule, the team will shot at many popular locations in the city.

Kangana will be seen playing the role of a national-level kabaddi player in the upcoming sports film. 'Panga' also stars Neena Gupta and Richa Chadha in pivotal roles.

Reportedly, a lot of actors, including Kangana, have undergone Kabaddi training for the film. In fact, Kangana underwent rigorous training for over two months.

'Panga' is all set to hit theatres on January 24, 2020.
