Don't be shy my honey, says Ayushmann in Bala first song

Mumbai: Don't be shy, song from Ayushmann Khurrana's upcoming film Bala is setting the mood for the weekend. The just out track is a peppy dance number that features film's lead cast Ayushmann, Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam.

Music composer duo Sachin-Jigar's tune has done justice to Mellow D and Badhsah's lyrics. Crooned by Badshah, Shalmali Kholgade and Gurdeep Mehendi, Don't be shy is the first song out from Bala album.

Vijay Ganguly's choreography needs special mention here as he succeeds in translating Bala's crux in the song.

In the other news, last week, the makers of Bala pushed their release date from November 15 to November 7. With the change in the release date, the film will open a day before Ujda Chaman, which is slated to release on November 8.

As reported earlier, both the films have striking similarities in the storyline, as they highlight the plight of a young man who suffers from premature balding.

In Bala, Ayushmann is seen essaying the role of the protagonist, while Sunny Singh is the hero of Ujda Chaman.

While talking about the film, Ayushmann had earlier said: "In an era of great content, Bala will stand out and will hopefully entertain everyone in this country. It's one of my best films and I'm supremely proud that Bala is part of my filmography."

Amar Kaushik's Bala also features Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar.
