Abhishek Bachchan begins shoot for Dasvi, shares first look

Abhishek Bachchan has announced the commencement of shoot for his upcoming film Dasvi on Monday. The actor also shared his first look from the film on social media.

Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has kickstarted shoot for his forthcoming film Dasvi which is a joint venture of Dinesh Vijan and Jio Studio production. The film is being helmed by Tushar Jalota.

Abhishek not only shared that the film has gone on floors but also revealed his first look from Dasvi. "Meet GANGA RAM CHAUDHARY #Dasvi Shoot Begins…" wrote the actor alongside Dasvi first look.

According to reports, Abhishek will be essaying the role of a 10th fail Chief Minister in the film. Dasvi is a political comedy-drama laced with a message about the importance of education in today's society. A source close to the project has told a webloid that Abhishek is looking forward to getting into the tale that chronicles the journey of a corrupt politician.

Dasvi also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles.
