WATCH: White fumes erupt from HPCL's refinery in Visakhapatnam

White fumes erupting from Selective Hydrogenation (SHU) unit of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited(HPCL) Refinery were seen on Thursday in Visakhapatnam. According to reports, preparations were made to open units of HPCL Refinery in the city today. Panic gripped the locals when they witnessed white fumes and rushed out of their houses.
