WATCH: Traditional Pony Race tournament organised in Gurez Valley

Gurez (J&K): A Mega Village Sports Festival was organised at Dawar in Jammu and Kashmir's Gurez. The festival consisted of Pony Race, Volleyball and Cricket Tournaments over a span of one week. The Traditional Pony Race was flagged off on Sunday. Janab Ishtiyar Lone of Chorwan village was declared as the champion for the year 2020. Over 40 players of different villages of the valley fought their heart out to win the prestigious tournament. Top 10 riders were awarded in a glittering award ceremony. The events had the audience on the edge of their seats, cheering passionately for the teams of their respective villages.
