WATCH: Man sets car ablaze in Jharkhand

A man sets a car ablaze by breaking the car's window and spraying an inflammable substance on it in Lalpur area of Ranchi. CCTV footage revealed that the man was wearing a helmet and he set the car on fire parked outside Dhananjay Singh's house in Vardhaman Compound.
