WATCH: Man commits suicide by jumping off water tank

A mentally ill man jumped off a water tank and committed suicide in Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. The victim, identified as Bherulal, was allegedly upset after his father passed away last year, prompting him to take such a drastic step. In the video, people and police officers can be heard persuading him to step back.
