Superstar Rajinikanth visits ETV Bharat

A superstar in the South Indian film industry, Rajinikanth visited Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad on Sunday. Padma Bhushan recipient and one of the most influential celebrities in India, Rajinikanth took some time out from his busy shooting schedule and came over to ETV Bharat's office. The veteran actor also met the employees of ETV Bharat, a digital platform with content that can be accessed through a mobile application and a web portal. ETV Bharat is billed as a unique offering of news and infotainment across 13 languages with the USP of offering localised content. The 13 languages other than English include Hindi, Telugu, Urdu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia and Assamese. Rajinikanth was also introduced to the different desks operating in the newsroom where he inquired about the working and was amazed by the diversity of ETV Bharat, which he opined resembled a Mini-India.
