Sudarsan Pattnaik congratulates Bhavina Patel with sandart

Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik congratulated table tennis player Bhavina Patel for her success through sand art. Patel won a silver medal in table tennis at the Tokyo Paralympics. She is the first Indian to win a medal at a Paralympic TT. Sand artist Sudarshan congratulated her on her special achievement through beautiful sand art on the Puri beach.
