Passing out parade for police dog squad

A passing out parade of a police dog squad was organized at Moinabad in Rangareddy district. Telangana State DGP Mahender Reddy attended the function. 50 police dogs which are specially trained under the supervision of experts took part in the parade. Labrador, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinals, Cocker Spaniel and Golden Retriever dogs were trained for 8 months. Dogs were trained to detect suspicious objects and criminals. They also revealed that they could detect bombs.
