Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait on Saturday took stock of Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway bandh and warned of intensifying protest if the government fails to repeal the controversial farm laws. He said the anti-farm law protests will continue till next winter and farmers will stand firmly at the Delhi borders. When asked about the outcome of the proposed farmers' protest in the poll-bound states, Tikait said, "I am not an astrologer to say about the outcome." He further added that the protest will not go beyond 2024 and the government will have to bow down to farmers' demands.
