In a shocking incident, a white-coloured Chandigarh police Gypsy hit a motorbike carrying two youths critically injuring both of them. The CCTV footage, which went viral on social media, shows police Gypsy fleeing from the spot after the incident. However, the police have told this to be a case of jumping the red light.
