No carelessness or else will hang you upside down: Shivraj to officials

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Saturday issued a stern warning to the state officials during his visit to the site designated for the construction of Global skill park. Singh said that if authorities fail to complete the work on time or lag behind in providing quality employment, they will be hanged upside down. The minister said that the officials should not worry about the funds as it is his dream project.
