Multiple myeloma can be cured, says doctor who detected Kirron Kher's cancer

Kirron Kher is suffering from multiple myeloma, which is a form of blood cancer, said Dr Pankaj Malhotra, who first diagnosed the condition in the actor-turned-politician. Dr Malhotra said that multiple myeloma is a type of blood cancer and it is a serious disease. Although treatment of this disease is possible, it can also prove fatal for many patients. Kher, who was reportedly undergoing treatment at KokilaBen Hospital in Mumbai, has been suffering from health issues since November last year.
