Modi govt only cares for votes and power: Farmer leader

Speaking to ETV Bharat, farmer leader Chaudhary Pushpendra Singh said that the Modi government only care for votes and power, so farmers have decided to go to poll-bound states and urge people not to vote for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He said that farmers' protest is spreading on a large scale and there is "growing anger" against Prime Minister Narendra Modi among the people. He further said if the government does not accept the demand of the farmers in time, it will have to bear the brunt of losing power.
